配方说明：	"Myvacet" (Distilled Acetylated) Monoglycerides) Emulsion.
配方组成：	Sodium Stearate/0.375 "Myverol" Type 18-98 or Type 18-71E/0.125 "Myvacet" Type 5-00/20.000 Water/79.500
配制方法：	The first three ingredients are heated together and melted at 60C. with stirring. The melt is then added to water also at 60C., and the emulsion stirred until cool. A viscous cream, stable for more than 4 weeks is obtained. Lowering the distilled acetylated monoglyceride level while maintaining the same quantities of the other ingredients produces a thinner emulsion of comparable stability. Warming the emulsion above 45C. also will reduce the viscosity.
