| 配制方法: | Blend dry ingredients. Add enough of the water to make a paste; stir to break up lumps. Add remaining water gradually, mixing with a wire whip until smooth. Notes: Batter may be used within 10 min of hydration. Viscosity can be adjusted by varying the water level. Any one of several breadings can then be applied, if desired. |
