配方组成：	Methocel A4M Premium/0.5 Egg White Solids (spraydried, type P-20)/16.0 Cold Water/73.1 Flavors and Spices/as desired Nonfat Dry Milk (powder, noninstantized)/2.4 Egg Yolk Solids (dry, type Y-1)/8.0
配制方法：	Blend dry ingredients. Add enough of the water to make a paste; stir to break up lumps. Add remaining water gradually, mixing with a wire whip until smooth. Notes: Batter may be used within 10 min of hydration. Viscosity can be adjusted by varying the water level. Any one of several breadings can then be applied, if desired.
