配方组成：	Baking Powder/1.10 Wheat Flour/19.00 Salt/0.42 MSG/0.30 Corn Flour/17.50 Water/61.53 Avicel RC-591F MCC/0.15
配制方法：	Blend all dry ingredients. Disperse dry mixture into the water using a Lightnin mixer. Mix for 15 min. Cut fish Filets into 2 in. x4 in. pieces (or use chicken legs). Coat food pieces by immersion. Deep fry at 370 F for 5-8 min. Drain on paper towels. Hold under heat lamps at 150-160 F.
