配方组成：	Mira-Thik^T^M 469 Starch/7.0 Bakers Special Granulated Sugar/17.5 Citric Acid/0.5 Color and Flavor/to suit Star-Dri 42R Corn Syrup Solids/17.0 Water/58.0
配制方法：	Premix: Blend all dry ingredients until uniform. Add 180 g premix into small bowl. Add warm water slowly to the premix while hand stirring with a fork or whip. continue stirring an additional 1-1.5 min until thick and uniformly mixed. (Small syrup crystals will remain but then dissipate in 10-15 min.) Gently fold fresh or thawed frozen fruit into glaze and place mixture into baked pie crust or use as a topping for cheese cake or other desserts.
