配制方法: Dry blend Methocel and granulated sugar. Mix with water and bring to a boil, then cool to 115 F. Blend powdered sugar and salt for 1 min then add above mixture slowly while mixing. continue mixing until smooth. Mix emulsified shortening with above ingredients for 10 min. Add remaining water and flavor while mixing 3-4 min.
