配方说明：	Icing (Buttercream)
配方组成：	Flavor/0.34 Powdered Sugar/69.11 Granulated Sugar/5.53 Salt/0.06 Emulsified Shortening/13.81 Methocel K100-LV Premium/0.07 Water/6.94 Water/4.14
配制方法：	Dry blend Methocel and granulated sugar. Mix with water and bring to a boil, then cool to 115 F. Blend powdered sugar and salt for 1 min then add above mixture slowly while mixing. continue mixing until smooth. Mix emulsified shortening with above ingredients for 10 min. Add remaining water and flavor while mixing 3-4 min.
