配方组成：	Egg Yok Solids (dry)/2.49 Cane Sugar/15.94 Butterfat/2.32 Avicel RC-591 MCC/0.75 Milk Solids (nonfat)/5.75 Water/72.75
配制方法：	Disperse Avicel RC into the milk and water requirement with Lightnin (or similar type) mixer agitation. Mix 15 min. Add combined sugar and egg yolks. Pasteurize at 165 F (74 C) for 30 min. Homogenize at 1500 psi. Cool quickly to 41 F (5 C).
