配方组成：	**Adjust for total solids of 40-45%. Viscarin SA 439/0.3-0.5 Sucrose/30.0 Sodium Citrate (pH 3.8-4.0)/0.2 *Strawberries (fresh or frozen) or other fruit sweetened four parts Water**/19.5 Fruit*/50.0 fruit to one part sucrose
配制方法：	Combine dry ingredients and disperse into thawed fruit and water. Agitate until dry ingredients are incorporated. HTST process at 90 C (194 F) for 10 s or other acceptable process may be used. Cool to 29 C (85 F) or below depending on use and filling methods.
