配方说明：	Ointment Base (Anhydrous)
配方组成：	Coal tar, 3%; Zinc oxide, 25%; and Starch/25 Ethyl Aminobenzoate/5 Heat "Carbowax" polyethylene glycol 4000 with the 1,2,6-hexanetriol on a water bath at 140-158'F (60-70'C). Add this melt to "Carbowax" polyethylene glycol 400 at room temperature with vigorous stirring. Stir occasionally until solidification takes place. The melting point of this base is 125.1'F (51.7'C). 配制方法：	the tannic acid and coal tar ointments were stable but somewhat sticky. Their consistency was improved by increasing the proportion of "Carbowax" polyethylene glycol 400. If more than 10 per cent of water is to be added to base No.4, the consistency will be improved by increasing the 4000 component or decreasing the 400 glycol.
