配方组成：	Granulated Salt/2.00 Granulated Brown Sugar/8.20 Methocel A4M Premium/1.00 Water/21.75 Thermo-Flo Modified Food Starch/1.00 Chili Powder/0.55 Granulated White Sugar/8.20 Mustard Flour/0.20 Red Pepper (ground, 20,000 H.U.)/0.20 Toasted Onion Powder/0.15 Garlic Powder/0.15 Cinnamon (ground Korintje)/0.10 Soy Sauce/5.00 Cider Vinegar (50 grain)/22.00 Tomato Paste (30% solids)/27.50 Hickory Smoke Flavoring #333/2.00
配制方法：	Prepare a starch slurry with one-half of the water; cook. Blend Methocel with dry ingredients other than sugars. Mix all ingredients except sugars with the starch solution. Cool to hydrate Methocel fully. Add sugars last.
