配方组成：	Gellan Gum (low acetyl)/0.35 Xanthan Gum/0.10 Calcium Chloride/0.03 Water/44.26 Potassium Sorbate/0.15 Sodium Metabisulfite/0.15 Glucono-Delta-Lactone/1.11 Ground Beef (cooked and drained)/53.72 Sodium Hexametaphosphate/0.13
配制方法：	Blend gellan gum, xanthan gum, and sodium hexametaphosphate. Add to water under high shear and mix for 4-5 min. Heat to 180 F while stirring and add meat. Mix for 1 min and add blend of potassium sorbate, sodium metabisulfite, glucono-delta-lactone, and calcium chloride. Remove from heat and cool under refrigeration.
