配方组成：	Water/22.5 Food Gums: Sugar/12.5 "Methocel" A4M Premium/0.5 Xanthan/0.5 Salt/1.5 Vegetable Oil (refined soybean)/10.0 Vinegar (50 gr)/52.5
配制方法：	Method 1: Disperse the food gums into the oil with mild agitation. Add the water with mild agitation. Add the vinegar with mild agitation. Add the sugar, salt and spices; agitate or homogenize. Method 2. Dry-blend food gums with sugar and salt. Add dry blend to water and vinegar; stir to hydrate gum particles. Add oil; agitate or homogenize. Method 3: Disperse food gums, sugar, and salt in oil. Stir 5-20 min. Add water and vinegar; agitate or homogenize.
