配方组成：	Water/18.84 Food Gums: Sugar/12.50 "Methocel" K4M Premium/0.38 Xanthan/0.38 Salt/1.50 Vegetable Oil (refined soybean)/35.00 Vinegar (50 gr)/31.40
配制方法：	Method 1: Disperse the food gums into the oil with mild agitation. Add the water with mild agitation. Add the vinegar with mild agitation. Add the sugar, salt and spices; agitate or homogenize. Method 2. Dry-blend food gums with sugar and salt. Add dry blend to watr and vinegar; stir to hydrate gum particles. Add oil; agitate or homogenize. Method 3: Disperse food gums, sugar, and salt in oil. Stir 5-20 min. Add water and vinegar; agitate or homogenize.
