配制方法: Blend all ingredients in a suitable mixer until uniform. Place 44 parts of water in a pasteurizing vat. Add 34 parts of cane and 11 parts of liquid corn sugar. Feed in 11 parts of variegating powder and heat to 180F. Homogenize the mixture and cool it. Inject it into the ice cream at the rate of 1 part of variegating mixture to 10 parts of ice cream mix.
