配方组成：	Chili powder/0.570 Water/50.500 Red pepper/0.013 Sugar/0.047 Onion, fresh chopped/3.600 Vinegar/0.400 TVP---Beef flavored Granules/6.200 Salt/0.370 Celery, fresh chopped/4.100 Dry kidney beans/10.600 Tomato puree/19.200 Oil or solid shortening/4.400
配制方法：	Soak beans overnight (about 12 hr---about 210% original weight), drain and weight. Account for water in soaked beans in total water. Saute onion and celery in shortening. Add salt and tomato puree. Simmer 1.5 hr. Add all other ingredients except vinegar and simmer 1/2 hr. Stir in the vinegar just before filling the cans at 160-170F. Process 75 min at 10 psi (240F).
