配制方法：	Cream shortening in a mixing bowl on high speed. Add SUCARYL sweetener, eggs, water, lemon juice, lemon peel, and vanilla. Continue beating until thoroughly blended. Mix in coconut. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture, stirring thoroughly. Form dough into a roll about 2 in. in diameter; wrap in waxed paper and chill until firm. Cut into thin slices and bake on ungreased cookie sheet in a hot oven (400F.) 10-15 min. Each cookie supplied approximately 35 cal; 0.5 protein; 2.2 g fat; 3.4 g carbohydrate. if made with sugar, each cookie would contain 50 cal.
