配方组成：	"Tween" 60/0.30 Coconut Oil/15.00 Vinegar (50 gr wh)/6.00 "Myverol" 1807/3.00 Sucrose/4.00 Water/65.30 CMC-7MSP/0.40 "Avicel" RC/6.00
配制方法：	slurry Avicel RC with water; add combined sugar and CMC. Warm mixture to about 130F. Add combined, melted fat and emulsifier, heat to 160f and homogenize at 1500/500, cool. Add vinegar, flavor and preservatives after cooling. Flavor for 1000 g batch: 4 ml Imitation butter Flavor, one ml 50% lactic acid, one gram sodium benzoate, add suitable color.
