配制方法：	1. Grind above ingredients to a fine powder and blend thoroughly. 2. Place (2) two cups of cold milk in a mixing bowl and add 4 ounces of the above mix. 3. Whip with an egg beater or mechanical mixer for about (1) one minute. 4. Chill until set.
