| 配制方法: | 1. Blend "A" together in dry form. 2. Mix "B" ingredients thoroughly and heat to 120F. 3. Add "A" to "B", using high speed agitation to avoid lumping. 4. heat to 120F. 5. Disperse Beta Carotene in liquid oil. Add "C" to above mixture. 6. Heat at 180-190F for 5-10 minutes to pasteurize. Then cool to below 90F. 7. Add flavor, then acid. Mix while adding acid. Whip to smooth texture. 8. Package and cool to 40F. |
