配制方法：	1. Dry mix "A". Add to 160F water with vigorous agitation to disperse all solids. 2. Melt "C" and add to "A", pasteurize at 160F for 30 minutes. 3. Homogenize at 1500 and 500 psi through a two-stage homogenizer. 4. Hold mix at 40F before whipping. Whip at coldest temperature possible for maximum | over-run.
