配方组成：	Dextrose/4.00 "Avicel" Rc-591/1.25 "Keltrol"/.10 Sucrose/17.50 Salt/.05 Vegetable fat/2.50 Lemon juice/6.28 Modified corn starch/2.50 Water/64.32 Modified tapioca starch/1.50
配制方法：	Disperse "Avicel" RC-591 in vigorously agitated water and mix for 5 minutes. Add "Keltrol" to the vortex. Add sugars, starches, fat, lemon juice, and salt and continue mixing for 10 minutes. Allow temperature to reach 190-195F (agitate constantly) over a period of 3-4 minutes to develop the starch fully. Pack and retort.
