配方组成：	"Atmos" 150/0.37 Sugar/18.72 Water/74.88 Citric Acid (50% soln.)/0.94 Vegetable Fat/3.46 "Hyfoama" 7I 02509/1.16 Flavor/0.47
配制方法：	Mix dry ingredients and add, with fat, to water, Heat, while stirring, to 75C (167F). Homogenize at 70 kg/cm^2 (1000 psi). Cool down to 5C (41F). Add and mix in flavor and citric acid. Pass through continuous freezer, adjusting outlet temperature to-6C (21F). Store at -30 to -20C (-22 to -4F).
