配方组成：	Flavor and Color/to suit Formula No.3 (Chocolate Flavor and Color/to suit Water/to 100.0 gal Citric Acid (anhydrous)/8.0 oz Corn Syrup (43 C Baume)/26.0 Water/to 100.0 gal Water/7.9 Cocoa/10.0 High Fructose Corn Syrup/56.0 Vanilla/as desired Sodium Benzoate/0.1 Sodium Benzoate/1.0 lb Corn Syrup/76.1 gal Corn Syrup/76.1 gal Citric Acid (anhydrous)/7.5 lb sodium Benzoate/1.0 lb
配制方法：	Heat corn syrup. Heat slowly. Disperse cocoa in water and high fructose corn syrup in separate mixing tank. Add to kettle and heat to boil. Adjust solids to desired level. Add flavor and preservative. Homogenize at 1500 psi and fill immediately.
