配方说明：	Flat fluorescent Red Paint
配方组成：	"Nopco" NDW/2 "Nopco" NDW/1 2% QP-4400 solution/84 Water/50 "Tamol" 731-25%/5 "DAY-GLO" T-series pigment T-13/360 Ethylene glycol/25 2% "QP-4400" solution/175 "Flexbond" 315/318
配制方法：	Add pigment or dispersion slowly under good agitation using order of addition indicated. The Cowles dissolver or equivalent equipment is recommended. Grind until a paste temperature of 110-120F. is obtained. Cool to room temperature and add vehicle and toners. A preservative, such as "Dowicil" 100, may be added to the above.
