配方组成：	Glacial Acetic Acid/1.25 1. ALLIED AC 392/40 Place all ingredients in a kettle and heat to 150C, 70 psig, with good agitation for one half hour. Keep vents open until 98-100C is reached. close vent and heat to 150C and hold at this temperature for one half hour. 配制方法：	1. The Polywax E-2020 emuslifier and enough water to produce approximately 70% solids are charged to the pressure vessel. 2. With the vents open, heat the vessel to approximately 210F to expel air. 3. On reaching 210F, close the vessel and continue heating until a temperature of 260F to 270F is reached. 4. Begin agitation and stir while adding the remaining water which has been pressurized and heated to 240F. During this step the addition of the water should be very slow until the "water in oil" emulsion inverts to an "oil in water" emulsion. This inversion occurs close to the 40% solids level and is characterized by a thick gel. After this gel has "Broken", the remainder of water may be added as rapidly as desired. 5. Allow the emulsion to cool to 212F at which point the reaction vessel is vented to prevent a vacuum from forming and possible foaming. The emulsion at this stage is 30% solids and can now be further cooled to less than 120F for storage; however, it is preferred t
