配方组成：	"Geon" Dispersion Drying Resin/3 FORMULA No.4 (General Purpose Coating-Expanded DIDP Plasticizer/30-50 (Leave out "Geon" Dispersion Drying Resin for Electrostatic Spray) Pigment Dispersion (color desired)/1-10 "Geon" 140 Series Vynyl Resin/100 "Noda" Plasticizer/40 "Admex" 746 Plasticizer/Stabilizer/5 Thermolite 31 Stabilizer/4 Pigment Dispersion (color desired)/2-10 "Geon" Dispersion Drying Resin/5 "Paraplex" G-62 Plasticizer/Stabilizer/10 Calcium
配制方法：	If mixer is equipped with a steam jacket, preheat jacket to approximately 200F (93C). Charge all "Geon" 140 resin to mixer. Mix at high speed until temperature of mix is 140-150F (60-65C). Add liquid blend (masterbatch plasticizers, liquid stabilizers, and pigment dispersions,if possible.) Mix well until dry point is reached. this should occur from 170-220F (76-104C). Polymeric plasticizers should be preheated to 120-135F (48-57C) before adding. Add other ingredients, such as fillers, lubricants, dry pigments, etc. Hold out drying resin. Drop mix from high-intensity mixer to a cooling mixer, such as a ribbon blender or other low-intensity, tumbling-type mixer. Drop temperature may depend on the plasticizer system; approximate temperature ranges are: 170-190F (76-87C) for monomeric plasticizers 190-220F (87-104C) for polymeric plasticizers Reduce mix temperature to 125F (51C) or lower.
