配制方法：	Mix polybutene with emulsifier in a high-speed, shear mixer such as a cowles Dissolver. Add water slowly until inversion occurs. Add remaining water more rapidly. Preheating both the polymer mixture and the water facilitates emulsification. With the higher viscosity polymers (>175 cs @ 99C), temperatures of 65-90C may be necessary.
