TBEP/1.0 "Duron" 180-D/30.0
配制方法：	Melt the waxes, "Epolene" and fatty acid together, add KOH solution at 225F, and react without stirring 20 to 30 min until batch clears and foaming ceases. Add the 3-MPA. Readjust melt to 255F. Bring water temperature (226 g portion) to maximum 200F. Start highspeed agitation and add the NH3OH to the water. Slowly pour melt into the ammoniated water with consistent agitation. Hold at heat for 1 to 2 min, then add balance of watr. Cool to room temperature and store or use in polymer blend.
