配方组成：	"EPolene" E-12/20.0 Melt the "Durmont", "Duron", polyethylene and oleic acid together, and cook with the KOH at about 240F for 20-30 min, until the batch becomes clear and foaming has ceased. Then add the morpholine. Stir until clear. Adjust the melt temperature to 240 to 245F. Pour the melt into water of 203 to 205F with strong agitation. Avoid foaming and surface boiling, as these may cause graininess and to loss foaming and surface boiling, as these may cause graininess
配制方法：	Add with light stirring in the order as shown. To incorporate the plasticizer system, use high speed agitation for 30 min. Melt "Efton", "Durmont", "Epolene", oleic acid and "Tween" 80 together, raise the temperature to 240F and react without stirring with the KOH solution for 20 to 30 min until the batch clears and foaming ceases. Then add the mixture of 3-methoxy propylamine and aminomethyl-propanol. Stir until clear. Pour the melt at 240 to 245F into water at 203 to 205F with strong agitation. Avoid foaming or surface boiling. Temperatures are important! Continue heat and agitation about 2 min after all the wax has been dispersed. Then turn on the cooling water and agitate slowly to room temperature. Cover the batch to avoid skin formation.
