配制方法：	The following procedure should be employed when maximum dye removal is desired. It will strip printed goods sufficiently to allow overprinting with very light grounds. 1. Set bath at 90F with 12% owg DS-12. Add sulfuric acid to pH 2.5-3.0. 2. Heat to 212F and hold hour. 3. Cool slowly to 150F. Overflow rinse. 4. Set new bath at 70F with sodium hypochlorite. Adjust pH to 6.5 with acetic acid. If corrosion of equipment is a problem add 2% owg "X-Tan" Special C. 5. Heat to 205F and hold one hour. 6. Cool slowly to 150F. Overflow rinse and check goods. (If sufficient stripping has been accomplished, omit the next 3 steps and proceed directly to step 10.) 7. Set new bath at 90F with 5% owg "Cloritane," 2.5% owg "X-Tan" Special C and 5% ammonium sulfate. Add nitric acid to pH 3. 8. Heat to 205F and hold 1 hour. 9. Cool slowly to 150F Overflow rinse. 10. Set new bath at 110F and antichlor with 4% soldium bisulfite. Adjust pH to 5.0 with acetic acid. 11
