配方组成：	Wind yarn onto a collapsible-type dye tube at minimum tension. Round package edges and load onto dye carriage. Attach riders of 100% polyester and 100% acrylic yarns. Set flow cycle for 7 minutes outside-in and 4 minutes inside-out (a 30 second flow cycle has also given good results). Cold rinse 10 minutes, drop bath. If yarn is soiled, scour at 160F (71C) for 20 minutes with 1% nonionic detergent. Rinse. Set bath at 100F (43C) with the following Water softener or sequeste
配制方法：	Increase temperature to 160F (71C) on outside-in cycle and circulate for 10 minutes before adding disperse dyes. For very deep shades, add disperse dyes. Increase temperature at 2F (1.1C) per minute to 190F (88C) and add disperse dyes on outside-in flow and circulate for 10 minutes. Increase temperature to 205F (96C) at 1F (.5C) per minute and seal machine. Continue to increase temperature at 1F (.5C) per minute to 230F (110C). Run at 230F (110C) for 1 to 2 hours, depending on depth of shade desired. Cool to 190F (88C) on inside-out flow and patch. make disperse and cationic adds at 160F (71C). Adds should be made on outside-in flow. Increase temperature to 230F (110C) and run an additional 30 minutes. If shade is approved, cool slowly to 130F (12C) on inside-out flow and overflow rinse until clear. Scour 20 minutes at 160F (71C): 1% Tetra sodium pyrophosphate 1% Anionic detergent 2% Sodium hydrosulfite---heavy shades only Rinse. Extract and dry at 190F (88C). Unlevel packages shou
