配方组成：	Ammonium Hydroxide (28% Aqueous Soln)/0.3 Final Formula "Acrysol" G-110/16 "Victawet" 35B/4 Butyl "Carbitol"/37.5 Propylene Glycol/37.5 "Chemactant" PFC-S/25 Butyl "Carbitol"/25 "Advawet" 33/10 "Ucar" Vehicle 4312/100 Water/25 PFC-2 Dispersion (above)/0-8 "Victawet" 35B/1 "Ucar" Vehicle 4312/93.0 Ethylene Glycol/1.2 Soya Lecithin Dispersion (above)/5.0 Soya Lecithin/20 Dibutyl Phthalate/0.5
配制方法：	Heat butyl "Carbitol", propylene glycol, and "PFC-S" to 150C with stirring. Hold until completely dispersed. Cool. Add "PFC-S" Dispersion to "Ucar" Vehicle 4312 with good mixing action. The amount of dispersion needed will have to be determined by trial. It will depend upon the substrate and the conditions of performance.
