配方组成：	B: Propylene Glycol/5.0 Penreco Super (USP)/6.0 Triethanolamine/4.0 Water/45.0 Lanolin/5.0 A: Stearic Acid (triple-pressed)/35.0
配制方法：	Heat Part A to 75 C and Part B to 80 C. Add Part B to A. Continue to stir until the mixture cools. Appropriate pigments may be added to arrive at the desired color. Note: This formula produces a good base for cream eye shadow. Creamy, smooth, and moist, the base readily accepts pigments.
