　　普氏能源资讯的数据显示：周四的价格创下自2009年8月3日以来的最低水平，当时的现货价格为23.75美分/磅。

　　普氏能源资讯称，在过去的一年中，美国有六个乙烯扩能项目投产，合计新增产能为20亿磅/年，从而令美国乙烯产能达到617亿磅/年。
