托吡酯 CAS: 97240-79-4 托吡酯的化学名称为2,3:4,5-双-0-(1-甲基亚乙基）-β-D吡喃果糖氨基磺酸酯，分子式为C12 H21 NO8S，分子量为339.36。托吡酯为白色晶体粉末，有苦味，极易溶于氢氧化钠或磷酸钠等pH值为9-10的碱性溶液中，易溶于丙酮，氯仿，二甲亚砜和乙醇。在水中的溶解度为9.8 mg/mL，其饱和溶液的pH值为6.3。 本药为带有压纹的圆形包衣片，有下述不同的规格和颜色 :25 mg :白色，一面刻有"TOP"，另一面刻有"25"。50 mg :淡黄色，一面刻有"TOP"，另一面刻有"50"。100 mg :黄色，一面刻有"TOP"，另一面刻有"100"。 也叫妥泰，属抗癫痫药，为广谱抗癫痫新药，对各类癫痫发作均有效，其中原发性利继发性全身强直一阵挛发作及单纯或复杂部分发作效果尤其明显。对肌阵挛、婴儿痉挛也有效。作为心境稳定剂用于治疗双相障碍。 Topiramate CAS: 97240-79-4 Topiramate chemical name is 2,3:4,5- -0- ( 1- methyl and ethyl ) -β -D glucopyranosyl fructose amino sulfonic acid ester, molecular formula is C12 H21 NO8S, the molecular weight is 339.36.
