性质描述: 无色针状结晶体或近似无色液体。熔点28℃。沸点225℃（98.1kPa），112.5℃（1.47kPa），相对密度1.0051（20/4℃），折光率1.5335，闪点92℃。易溶于乙醇；乙醚；苯；氯仿和丙二醇，几乎不溶于水。

用途: 该品具有类似山查子花的芳香，并有象紫苜蓿；蜂蜜；草莓的香味，花果香味尖锐而带甜。可用于配制金合欢型皂用紫丁香型香精等，亦可作果实食品香精
