化学性质  无色至淡黄色液体。呈留兰香似香气。沸点229℃或77～79℃(13.33Pa，0.1mmHg)。微溶于水，溶于大多数非挥发性油类。 用途  GB 2760--1996规定为允许使用的食用香料。 生产方法  由香芹醇与乙酸酯化而成。
