STEMium? is a serum-free medium designed foptimal growth of human embryonic stem cells induced pluripotent stem cells under feeder-free conditions. It is a sterile, liquid medium containing essential non-essential amino acids, vitamins,ganic inorganic compounds, hormones, growth factors trace minerals. The medium is bicarbonate buffered has a pH of 7.4 when equilibrated in an incubatwith an atmosphere of 5% CO2/ 95% air. STEMium? is formulated (quantitatively qualitatively) to provide an optimally balanced nutritional environment thatively promotes growth of normal human embryonic stem cells induced pluripotent stem cells in vitro.
