用途:选择性抑制心肌细胞膜的钙内流,阻断心肌细胞兴奋- 收缩偶联,减弱心肌收缩力减少心肌能量及氧的消耗,通过防止钙超负荷直接保护心肌细胞。硝苯地平;抑制血管,支气管和子宫平滑肌的兴奋-收缩偶联,扩张全身血管(包括肺、肝、肾、脑、股及肠系膜动脉)和冠脉。其扩张血管平滑肌的机制较复杂。
