五、性状:白色粉末或结晶性颗粒或无色晶体。溶于水,不溶于有机溶剂;十二水物在212℃以上时失去十二个结晶水而成无水物(Na3PO4)。水溶液呈碱性,对皮肤有一定的侵蚀作用。
六、用途:缓冲剂、乳化剂、抗结剂、抗氧化增效剂、营养增补剂、金属螯合剂。
七、包装:内衬聚乙烯塑料袋.外套复合塑料编织袋,每袋净重25kg。
八、贮存与运输 :本品应贮存在干燥通风清洁的库房中,装载运输时要轻装轻放,防止包装破损,防止受潮、受热,运输过程中防止雨淋受潮,应与有毒物品隔离。

5、Character: It is colorless white crystal , powder crystalline granule. It’s easily soluble in water but insoluble inganic solvent.The Dodecahydrate lose all crystal water become Anhydrous when temperature rise to 212 ℃. solution is alkaline,slightly corrosion on skin.
6、Usage: In food processing industry, it is used as buffering agent, emulsifier, anti-caking agent, antioxidant additive, nutrition supplement metal chelating agent.
7、Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
8、Storage Transport: It should be stored in a dry ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
