五、性状：有无水物或含1.5分子的结晶。无水物为白色粒状粉末，结晶为白色半透明小晶体颗粒。无臭，有强碱味。在湿空气中易吸湿潮解。易溶于水，水溶液呈碱性。不溶于乙醇及乙醚。 

六、用途：酸度调节剂、营养增补剂、加工助剂、香料。在制造面条、馄饨时适量加入，可赋予产品特有的风味、色泽和韧性（常与碳酸钠等合用）。亦用于矿物质饮料。

七、包装：内衬聚乙烯塑料袋，外套复合塑料编织袋包装，每袋25kg。

八、贮存与运输：本品应贮存在干燥通风清洁的库房中，装载运输时要轻装轻放，防止包装破损，防止受潮、受热，运输过程中防止雨淋，应与有毒物品隔离。

5、Character: It is anhydrous contains 1.5 conbined water molecular. Anhydrous form occurs as white, granular powder hydrated form occurs as white, translucent crystal granule. It’s odorless smells alkali. I air, it’s very deliquescent. It’s freely soluble in water aqueous solution is alkaline. It’s insoluble in ethanol ether.

6、Usage: It is used as pH regulator, nutrient, processing aid spice. When added into noodle wonton processing properly, it could endow the product with unique flavor, colresilience.

7、Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

8、Storage Transport: It should be stored in a dry ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
